United Tel Supply was founded in 2012 by Zach Burnes and Todd Owens after years spent in telecom, repair, network equipment, and critical needs and spares.

They had worked inside the industry long enough to see the friction customers dealt with every day: slow response times, layers of approvals, limited flexibility, and suppliers disconnected from what customers were actually facing.

So they decided to build something different. A company built around relationships, responsiveness, and doing what they say they are going to do. Practical people. Real answers. A team customers could count on. Not bigger for the sake of being bigger. Better to work with.
